About This Role

Casumo is looking for an Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our network of casino and sports betting affiliates from our Malta office. You'll be responsible for acquiring new partners and optimising existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across key markets
  • Negotiate commercial deals (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid)
  • Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms
  • Attend iGaming affiliate conferences (e.g. AffiliateCon, SiGMA)

Requirements

  • 2+ years in iGaming affiliate management
  • Strong network of gaming affiliate contacts
  • Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (Income Access, Affilka)
