Remote – Esports Community Manager

About the Role

ESL Gaming is looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to build and engage our growing esports community across Discord, Twitter/X, and Twitch — fully remote, work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow community channels across Discord, Reddit, and social media
• Organise community tournaments and online events
• Respond to player questions and escalate issues appropriately
• Create content calendars and weekly community updates

Requirements

• 2+ years in community management or social media
• Passionate gamer with deep knowledge of esports titles
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
